How to Register
Five steps from your first phone call to your player's first training session. Here is exactly what happens and what it costs — no surprises later.

The Process

No cost
Come try a session
Reach out and we'll put your player in a session with their age group — free, no commitment. They meet the coaches, train with the kids they'd be training with, and you get to watch how we work before you decide anything.
Bring cleats, shin guards, and a water bottle with their name on it. That's it.

Pick your category and schedule
We place players by age group, from U7 through U16. After the trial we'll tell you honestly which group fits your player and whether two or three sessions a week makes more sense for them.

Complete the required documents
Three documents must be completed and on file before your player can train. For players under 18, a parent or legal guardian signs.
- Registration Form — player and family details, emergency contacts, and medical information
- Academy Guidelines — payment terms, attendance, uniform, and club policies
- Instruction Agreement & Liability Release — risk acknowledgment, emergency medical authorization, and photo permission

Pay your registration fee
Registration covers your academy membership, your first month's tuition, and the full practice uniform — jersey, shorts, and socks. Your monthly billing period starts on your registration date.
Every family keeps a valid credit or debit card on file, including families who plan to pay in cash each month.

Get connected and start training
You'll be added to your player's category group chat, where we post day-to-day updates and quick changes.
You also get access to the 360 Player app, where we publish club announcements, the practice schedule, and the game schedule — so you always know where your player needs to be and when.

How Monthly Payments Work
| Due date | The 10th of every month |
| Paying cash | Accepted, as long as it reaches us before the 10th |
| Paying by card | If payment hasn't arrived by the 10th, the card on file is charged automatically |
| Past due | Players cannot train or play until the balance is cleared |
| Billing cycle | Four weeks per month. A month with a fifth week is never charged extra — that's how we close for national holidays without changing your bill |
| Membership term | One year, then renew or cancel |
| Cancelling | Two weeks' written notice. No refunds or credits |
